Shipping policy

We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered quickly and safely.

Dispatch Times
Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). In some cases, same-day dispatch may be possible if your order is placed early in the day and stock is available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery
All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries are made only within South Africa. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Charges

All Rivery Zero knife orders include free nationwide courier delivery (South Africa only). Each order is dispatched from Knysna, Western Cape, and normally ships the next working day. If you only wish to order an accessory product on its own, a flat delivery fee of R100 (inc VAT) applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Collection or local pickup is not available.

Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link so that you can follow your parcel’s progress online. If you have not received your tracking number within two working days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@pocketperfection.co.za.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us immediately at orders@pocketperfection.co.za. We will investigate the matter with The Courier Guy on your behalf. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Returns and Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs. If you wish to return a product for any other reason (for example, if you change your mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Returns must be authorised in advance—please contact us before sending any item back.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
